Rain plan options

Option 1

This is the plan we recommend to most couples. In this set up, you have your guests sit at their tables as they were already arranged, and create an aisle from one of the barn doors to where your sweetheart table was. SOF team members will move your sweetheart table out of the way for the ceremony, and put it back when the ceremony ends. This option creates the least chaos and stress, while still being comfortable and beautiful.

Option 2

This plan works well only if you are on the smaller end of weddings. We’d recommend this plan to couples who have about 60 guests or less. In this set up, SOF team members (with help from your set up crew), would move all the reception tables into the barn, very close together. Then, we’d set up the chairs as a traditional ceremony would be set up, under roof. After the ceremony, the tables would then be moved back out for the reception. Keep in mind, there’s less space for your guests to go anywhere under roof while transitioning, so it truly only works best for small weddings.
