Rental Pricing

Like many people, you are looking for a wedding venue that won’t break the bank and doesn’t have hidden fees or multiple add-on charges. Here at Stony Oak Farm, we like to keep it simple.

• You will be pleased to see that there are no guest minimums, no food and beverage requirements and you can use the vendors of your choice.

• For a flat rental fee of $4000 for 2026 (2027 rates TBD) you will have access to our venue for 12 hours on Saturday for set up, ceremony and reception of your wedding.

• In addition, you will have access to a 2 hour decoration drop-off/walk through rehearsal the evening before your wedding at no additional cost.

• There are no hidden fees, and so much is included.

Payment & Policy:

• The first non-refundable payment of $1500 is due at the time of booking to save a date. The second non-refundable payment of $2500 is due 6 months prior to the event.

• A separate refundable security deposit of $1000 is due 30 days prior to the event.

• Also required is a specific day of event liability insurance policy. Nuptial will reach out to you to help you purchase this coverage.

• If you plan to have alcohol served at your event, a $300.00 fee will be charged for a security officer which is due 30 days prior to your event.
